HOSPITALITY – KITCHEN OPERATIONS
The past couple of months have seen a new style of teaching across NSW, with students learning from home and conducting online lessons through ‘Zoom’. While it has been challenging for both students and teachers a like, the students should be congratulated for remaining focused and completing their work packs. However students in Year 12 Hospitality have been working hard recently in the kitchen to complete their units of competencies this semester. Students have been creating a range of coffees to industry standard and most recently a range of appetisers, salads and sandwiches.
